“A few doors up from Gran Via, this apartment/hotel was very comfortable (and I slept on the pull out couch!) But the best part was the hospitality that Christian showed us before, during and after our visit. Thanks, Christian! You made our visit to Madrid that much more wonderful!”

“Location location location ! A modern apartment located a few minutes walk from Santi Domingo and Callao metro stations. The apartment is well furnished with a kitchen and a washing machine. The host contacted me before I even arrived, and sent some videos of how to access the apartment, which was great. It was quiet although I could hear some other guests walking in and out. The only minus point is the room that was assigned to me had very little natural light, and it was facing the courtyard (?) facing other apartments. Nevertheless, great value for a spacious apartment in such a good location.”

“I had a wonderful stay at Arenal Suites in central Madrid. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to all the major attractions. The apartment was spotless and very well-maintained, which made our stay extremely comfortable. Communication for checking in and out was smooth and efficient, making the process hassle-free. The only minor downside was that a few of the bathroom towels were a bit worn and could use replacing. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend Arenal Suites for anyone visiting Madrid.”
